Don't worry about new members. I always check there IP's against every other member that way if someone is having to account or pretending to be another person i'll know

I don't know. People can be tricky--IPs are hard to fake (IPs are per your router, not your computer. Thats why mine changes when I'm at my dads, but I'm still on my laptop) but people can go to another house, have a friend log on after, or they can just change their internect access tp their neibors (There are a lot of linkses)
