It's a relatively simple injury an he'll be able to race in three months, however they want to retire him ecause they want him to be remembered as a winner.

Yes, I read that earlier today. Quite sad, and I was waiting to see if we would have a Triple Crown winner, but I suppose we're used to not having the latter, eh? And I thought his career ended because of the injury but Maggie's statement does make a lot of sense.

I really thought he could win it all but the article said it could ebd his career he'll be fine but racing might just me to risky after it heals
